Under the direction of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Materials Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day comprehensive pharmacy technician services in a Home Infusion pharmacy. This may include delivery ticket fulfillment, labeling and packaging medications and orders and inventory management.
The Pharmacy Technician will skillfully use interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and collaboration skills to support and influence operational objectives.
Partner with nurses, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure pharmacy patients receive their medication(s) and supplies accurately, safely, in accordance with all legal requirements and policies and in a professional and timely manner.
Under the direction of the pharmacist, fulfill and prepare prescription orders for delivery in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all legal, regulatory agency and Fairview requirements.
Coordinate the ordering and delivery of medications, supplies and equipment to patients and clinical areas as requested.
Once acclimated, be willing to be promoted to production technician

Six months pharmacy technician experience, completion of an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited pharmacy technician training program OR one year of experience as a pharmacy clerk or like position within a healthcare setting.
Registered Technician with Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
Graduate of Pharmacy Technician program
Completion of an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited pharmacy technician training program
Pharmacy certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
