As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative supporting the Select Outreach Team, your role will be to support patients in getting their medications. You will be focused on contacting patients to set-up their delivery, transferring to a Pharmacist for consults, and or transferring to an appropriate team to handle patient needs.
Ensure patients are supported by following escalation through to finish.
Ensure communication between operations and sales is completed.
Works as a liaison with operations partners letting them know of any patient or practice issues/concerns.
Identifies and notifies our sales person when it may be necessary to reach out to a patient who is not responding.
Supports the patient with their delivery setup, transfers to appropriate parties, if needed (Financial assistance, Pharmacist, etc.)
Enters notes into appropriate pharmacy system or other systems to document interactions.
Is able to respond professionally and appropriately handle difficult situations and ensure the patient experience is exceptional.
Able to work flexible hours between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday – Friday

High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7AM – 7PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Overtime may be before, after, or on a different day than your normal scheduled shift.
1+ years of customer phone experience
Arizona Pharmacy Technician Licensing or Trainee Licensee (or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment)
1+ years of pharmacy related experience, including retail pharmacy experience
