The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for all drug storage and drug preparation in the hospital. The director of pharmacy ensures that the pharmacy provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements, and complies with all the applicable, policies, procedures, codes, and standards of the hospital
Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas.
Graduate of and ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or higher degree
Three to Five Years hospital training or equivalent training; one to two years in a management position or equivalent training; trained in general use of pharmacy computer systems; previous clinical experience
