The Pharmacist I validates accuracy and appropriateness of medication orders, compounds medications, and accurately provides prescribed medications according to professional standards, practices, and specific indications or orders. You will also participate in initiatives to promote quality and provide leadership to pharmacy technicians and other department staff to ensure safe, efficient workflow.
PharmD w/ residency experience or BS in Pharmacy with equivalent experience
Valid licensure from the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy (or Board-eligible & PA Pharmacist License required within 4 months of employment)
