Supports the clinical pharmacy department business by ensuring business needs are met in regards to formulary management, PBM oversight, pharmaceutical regulatory filings, and pharmaceutical benefits design. Works as part of the pharmacy benefit team to implement and maintain pharmacy benefits and programs, and identify and resolve technical, operational, and vendor problems by performing oversight of pharmacy functions by the PBM. Maintains regulatory filings and website content.
Must have a High School diploma or GED completed
Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail with proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy
At least three years of Managed Care Experience
Knowledge of CMS standards and procedures
Prefer experience with CMS STARs measures
Experience with pharmacy components of government programs
C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
Must have and maintain Pharmacy Technician PTCB Certification
Must have and maintain TX Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License
