The Analyst-Data-Pharmacy collects and analyzes Pharmacy-related data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information.
Compiles analytical and statistical reports.
Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of reports.
Oversees provision of ad hoc management reports.
Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.
Serves as the primary contact for all 340B activities by responding to all requests and issues.
Remains informed of changes in policies and procedures, 340B-related legislation and notifications, conferences and other news releases that affect the program; updates policies and procedures accordingly.
Evaluates 340B inventory replenishment for each pharmacy to confirm that accumulation, reduction and reconciliation are occurring as expected; reconciles 340B purchases with covered entities/contract pharmacies to ensure eligibility, compliance, data accuracy and overall efficiency.
Remains actively prepared for 340B audits; coordinates 340B self-audits.
Current licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Michigan required at time of hire/transfer date.
High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
Three (3) years pharmacy experience required; 340B pharmacy program experience preferred.
