Job Summary: Pharmacy manager responsible for clinical and operational pharmacy services and programs at Mission Hospital. Works with pharmacy leadership team locally and within the multi-hospital health system to standardize processes and meet objectives consistent the Pharmacy Director and Senior leadership goals. Direct supervision of pharmacists and technicians over different service lines.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required License: An active license to practice in North Carolina, or eligible to become licensed in North Carolina within 60 days of hire.
Required Experience: Two years of hospital technical and managerial experience in pharmacy or equivalent post graduate training.
Preferred Experience: Five years of hospital technical and managerial experience in pharmacy.
